Executive Team

Angie Lane, CFRE, is a seasoned nonprofit executive with nearly three decades of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through strategic leadership, organizational growth, and transformational philanthropy.

Most recently, Lane served as Chief Development Officer at Houston Ballet, where she more than doubled contributed revenue by strengthening organizational capacity, developing meaningful donor and community relationships, and building on the organization’s iconic Nutcracker Market. Under her leadership, Houston Ballet received the 2021 Outstanding Fundraising Program Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Houston Chapter.

Earlier in her career, Lane held leadership roles with Houston Grand Opera, American Red Cross, and Girls Inc. She holds master’s degrees from American University and Indiana University and is a longtime instructor at Rice University Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. 

Lane lives in Houston with her family and is the proud mother of two teenagers.
