Tests that were going to cost upwards of $1700 above insurance at Methodist ended up costing $18 here. I think the whole visit took about two hours and everyone was friendly and competent from beginning to end. I'm making sure everyone knows about it.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Rose is a soft and gentle place for women to maintain their mammograms.  Doesn’t matter if you have insurance or through one of their programs, you are treated with care and respect.
I am genuinely anxious for any type of procedure.  Intake with Robbie put me at ease immediately.  Robbie was personable and thorough which helped me relax.  Next Loraine called me in for my Mammogram. She handled my girls with care and I almost asked her if she had it pressed down enough.  I left with a big smile feeling grateful. Jean, Leticia, and Michelle were all amazing and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I wish there was a way I could rate the back team versus the front desk team. The back team the doctor and the nurses were incredible if I could, I’d give you a 10 star ⭐️ But the front team except for one of the ladies that registered me in would probably have gotten a zero 0 star.

I recently had a biopsy done at The Rose, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was extremely nervous and scared going into the procedure, but the entire team in the back area were so kind, caring, and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived and helped calm my nerves throughout the process.

Dr. Melillo was wonderful and made me feel like I was in good hands. I’m also very grateful to the 3 nurses who were in the room with me. Their patience, compassion, and gentle care meant so much to me during a very stressful time.

Thank you to everyone that worked with me in the back (The Rose) for treating me with such kindness and making an experience I was so afraid of much easier than I expected. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend The Rose to anyone who needs this type of care. There was also a registry lady that registered me in the front. She saw that I was nervous and grabbed my hand and said everything is gonna be OK. You’re gonna be fine. She was wearing glasses and she also walked to the back to ask the doctor if I could take my anxiety medication. I’m sorry I was so nervous. I couldn’t focus on anyone’s name, but thank you sweetheart.

Disrespectful front desk behavior – very triggering for my husband. I recently came here to get a biopsy done, which is already a highly stressful and anxious experience. While my husband was waiting for me in the waiting room, the staff at the front desk were loudly complaining about their jobs. He overheard them saying they would rather kill themselves than to come to work in the morning. My husband's sister tragically passed away by suicide, so hearing staff casually throw around comments about killing themselves was deeply upsetting and triggering for him. Front desk staff need to remember that people in the waiting room are often going through scary medical situations and deserve a professional, sensitive environment. I hope management addresses this lack of professionalism immediately.

Quiero aprovechar la oportunidad que tengo para expresar mi experiencia en The ROSE o una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido con respecto al servicio de mamografía y examen de densidad de los huesos. Hay una chica quien fue que me hizo el examen de seno. Espero no estar equivocada, pero creo  se llama  Skyler Esta chica tiene mucha paciencia, es muy profesional y no quiero hacer de menos el servicio de todo el personal ahí presente.
