“When my husband
died, so did the
insurance.”

- Debbie, Patient & Breast Cancer Survivor

Meet Debbie

Breast Cancer Survivor, diagnosed at 57

At the age of 57, Debbie noticed a lump in her left breast and it couldn’t have come at a more inconvenient time. Her husband had just passed away; and with him, their insurance.

Not knowing what to do, she was introduced to Dr. Dixie at church by her son and Dr. Dixie immediately had her come to The Rose for a diagnostic work-up. Scared and afraid, her first response was, “how am I going to pay for these services?” We assured her that at The Rose, we have donor contributions and programs set in place for women in her situation.

We are happy to report that Debbie is now thriving as a breast cancer survivor thanks to the timely help she received.

At The Rose, we see women survive and thrive… women who would otherwise lose this battle, but didn’t. Your donation gives her a chance for a lifetime.
